What helpful submissions include

Send official organization pages, public volunteer links, public resource pages, current service-area notes, accessibility details, practical visit tips, correction requests, guest article pitches, and safety context that helps someone choose a next step responsibly.

What does not belong

Do not submit protected shelter locations, private client information, hotline staffing gaps, medical records, legal facts about another person, immigration details about another person, nonpublic forms, private home addresses, photos of people receiving help, or details that could identify a survivor, minor, client, patient, or household.

Future community notes and reviews

Community notes focus on practical, respectful details: hours changed, fresh food availability, line length, documents requested, language access, parking, transit, accessibility, dignity, and whether the official link needs correction. They are not for public shaming, accusations, staff callouts, medical/legal claims, or pressure campaigns.

Sensitive services need extra care

Domestic violence, sexual assault, youth, foster, legal, court, shelter, emergency response, health, recovery, and client-home resources may need area-only details. KindMesh can link official sources while keeping protected addresses, private instructions, and identifying details out of public pages.

Moderation posture

KindMesh may reject, edit, anonymize, or remove submissions and notes that are unsafe, unverifiable, promotional without public value, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, stale, or too sensitive for public display. Corrections route people back to official sources whenever possible.
